When you submit the form we process what you enter - name, email address and phone number - together with the technical data needed to deliver and measure the service. It is used to answer your request, to prevent abuse and to measure campaign performance.
Your enquiry is transmitted over an encrypted connection to our lead-processing partner and to the service provider responsible for contacting you. We do not sell personal data as a standalone product.
This website may use an advertising measurement pixel to record page visits and button clicks for the campaign that brought you here, and may set cookies or similar identifiers for that purpose. Where a submission is reported to an advertising network it is reported by our server using the advertising click identifier only. The details you type into the form are not sent to an advertising network.
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are applied, though no internet transmission can be made completely free of risk. Data is kept only as long as the stated purposes and applicable law require.
Where the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) or a substantially similar provincial privacy law applies, you may withdraw consent subject to legal and contractual limits, ask for access to the personal information held about you and ask for correction of anything inaccurate. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or to your provincial privacy commissioner, normally after raising it with us first.
